– Head of Transmission
What’s your role at Net4Mobility?
I’m responsible for the Transmission network at Net4Mobility, both from a technical and a budget perspective. The transmission network is what connects the mobile radio base stations in our network to the home networks at Tele2 and Telenor, so that they in turn can offer great mobile services to their end customers.
What is the best thing about your job?
That there are always exciting new challenges that you need to familiarize yourself with and try to understand and drive forward solutions and decisions on. Not a day goes by without learning new things.
What gives you energy?
Driving large and complex problem formulations to practical results and decisions gives me energy. Traveling, spending time with family and friends and exercise also give me a lot of energy.

What makes you proud about working at Net4Mobily?
It makes me proud to know that my employer actually owns and manages a large share of Sweden’s mobile network.
Anders
– Head of Operations & IT
What’s your role at Net4Mobility?
Sometimes I feel I work as a diplomat. But formally, I work with the operation of our mobile network and with Net4Mobility’s internal IT environment. So, I work with technology big and small. The role of operations manager also includes ownership of our support agreements, i.e. agreements for software support and spare parts, with all our suppliers. In my role, there are many meetings with suppliers and contractors.
What is the best thing about your job?
I like solving things and getting positive feedback, that I’ve made it better for someone else.
It is also stimulating to work on building good relationships where it is possible making demands at the same time. Setting expectations. It takes time and requires work. It’s fun to meet as many different types of people as I get do in my role.
What gives you energy?
I get energy from implementing changes that lead to something better and getting people on board that change.

We are a small company where you get close to your colleagues and decision making is quick. At the same time, we have a big mission and many contact areas.
What makes you proud about working at Net4Mobility?
We are doing a very good thing! Building a mobile network in a really smart way so that two competing companies can share infrastructure. It is both financially and environmentally smart.

– Business and financial controller
What’s your role at Net4Mobility?
I work as a business and financial controller. In my position, I mainly work with budget, forecast and actuals, but also with financial processes as well as financial statements and reporting.
What is the best thing about your job?
The variety of tasks and all the fantastic and helpful colleagues.
What gives you energy?
I get energy from my lovely colleagues and the challenges I get in my role. No two days are alike.
